Assassin turkey
After Sequence 6, go to the Davenport Homestead. When facing the front door, walk around the right side of the manor then hide around the corner at the back. Whistle and wait for a turkey to appear. Approach it and press Up(2), Down(2), Left,Right, Left, Right, Circle, X to feed it. The turkey will wear an Assassin's hood and begin following Connor.
